Eight Major Token Holders Eligible as Glacier Snapshot Ends

The Midnight Glacier airdrop snapshot has been completed. Eight major tokens have been reviewed, and users holding any of these tokens are eligible to receive the project’s NIGHT and DUST tokens.
Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson confirmed the snapshot’s conclusion in a post on X. According to reports, more than 37 million wallets across blockchain that qualify for the airdrop which includes, Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Binance Coin (BNB), Basic Attention Token (BAT), Avalanche (AVAX), Ripple (XRP(, Cadano (ADA), and Bitcoin (BTC).
The snapshot was taken recently, and eligible holders with at least $100 worth of tokens can start claiming their rewards in July. This claim period will last for 60 days.
To prevent people from selling all their tokens at once, Midnight will release NIGHT tokens in four random phases over one year. This slow release helps keep the token’s value steady and encourages holders to stay involved for a longer time.
If some people miss claiming their tokens, they can still earn leftover tokens during a 30-day “Scavenger Mine” phase by completing simple computer tasks. This way, even those without expensive mining gear can participate.
Plus, Midnight offers a “Lost-and-Found” period lasting four years. This means if someone forgets or misses claiming their tokens during the main window, they can still get them later.
The Glacier Drop method aims to prevent fake claims and bot attacks, problems that have affected many past airdrops.
With over 37 million wallets set to benefit, this could be one of the biggest multi-chain airdrops in crypto history. The timing comes as the crypto market is making moves to recover, with Cardano’s ADA price rising slightly after a recent dip.
This airdrop is part of Midnight Network’s plan to grow a fair and active community by sharing governance tokens widely and carefully.
